At Heart High, we care deeply about our students' spiritual formation. One of the things that is unique about our program is our Christlike Character Formation Framework. Each year our freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors will focus on one Christlike character trait, which is interwoven throughout each course through curriculum and themes.
9th grade: the year of humility & foundations
Walk Humbly: "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom." (Proverbs 9:10)
10th grade: the year of courage & responsibility
Be Courageous: "Be strong and courageous . . . for the Lord your God is with you." (Joshua 1:9)
11th grade: the year of wisdom & discernment
Seek Wisdom: "Get wisdom; get understanding; do not forget my words." (Proverbs 4:5)
12th grade: the year of servant leadership
Do Good: "Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant." (Mark 10:43)
